- If you need to update your credit card expiration date, please contact customer support with your new expiration date, and note the last 4 digits of the card on file in your request. DO NOT email your full credit card number.
- If you need to switch your billing to an entirely different card, you will need to cancel your account so that it expires at the end of the current billing period, then enter your new card information when you Reinstate your account. (You will be automatically taken to the Reinstate page the first time you log in after your account has expired.) To cancel your account in this fashion, please contact us.
If you have a Rush 24/7 12-month or 24-month annual subscription, there is no need to update your credit/debit card information, as the annual subscription system does not retain that information. Instead, you will be sent a renewal reminder just before your account is due to expire, at which point you can renew your membership with updated billing information.
