Q: How do I login / logout?
A: Access the login screen by tapping the Listen Live icon, Audio icon or swipe to the second menu page and tap the Account icon. To logout, swipe to the second menu page and tap the Account icon.
Q: I’m encountering difficulties logging in, who do I speak to?

Q: How do I stream the live show or audio archives?
A: As a Coast Insider Member, you may access this content after logging into your account. Once logged in, tap the Listen Live icon or Audio icon to access a stream. You must have access to a 3G or WiFi data connection during playback.
Q: Why don’t I hear the live stream?
A: The live audio stream is available from 10p-2a PT/1a-5a ET. Silence may occur during commercial breaks, please be patient for the audio to return. You must have access to a 3G or WiFi data connection during playback.
Q: The live audio stream is unstable for me, what can I do?
A: Ensure you are on a stable network connection (either 3G or WiFI) as switches between these network connection types may cause interruptions. We have also provided an alternative format audio stream available in the Audio section during the live broadcast.
Q: The on-demand audio stream is unstable for me, what can I do?
A: Ensure you are on a stable network connection (either 3G or WiFI) as switches between these network connection types may cause interruptions. In addition, ensure you have the latest version of iOS 5 installed on your device. (Older versions of iOS have known instabilities and are not recommended.)
Q: Can I download and listen to the daily archived shows for offline playback?
A: The daily archived shows are available as podcast downloads through iTunes for up to 7 days after the original airdate. The podcasts can be synced to your device for offline playback. For more information, click here.
